This luxury villa lies in its own grounds with private pool and
has all the makings for a perfect holiday, only 25 minutes to the beaches
or the mountains. It's situated in the charming village of Grabels,
only 8km from the centre of the vibrant and sophisticated city of Montpellier,
which the French call the "White Paris of Languedoc". The villa sleeps up to 10 adults, children are welcome, two baby cots available.

This charming villa nestles on the hillside of Grabels, only ten minutes from the village centre with its ancient church and delightful river walks. Access to the house is via a short private drive into the pleasantly landscaped grounds.
The interior of the house is tastefully furnished with a large living room with fireplace, TV and music centre with DVD player and Dolby digital surround; dining room.
The kitchen is well equipped with 4 hobs, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher.
The villa is equipped with 5 comfortable bedrooms, (4 with double beds, 1 with single beds); a study with a sofa bed for 2 additional guests.
There are 3 bathrooms plus one additional separate WC.
Garage with games area with table tennis table, utility area with automatic washing machine and drier, additional fridge freezer.

Payment is based on £ GBP Value - € Euro and $ US are only approximate.
All Bookings are from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am.
Linen is provided except for beach and pool towels. There will be a final cleaning & laundry charge of £60. 25% to secure booking.
Damage deposit: £350 pounds, together with rest of payment 6 weeks before holiday rental period.
