DETAILS OF ACCOMMODATION

7 Avenue de Pezenas is a large maison de maître, originally built and occupied by a wealthy vigneron & his family who spared no expense on the original building and decoration of the house; it contains no less than nine marble fireplaces!

Enter through the imposing double doors into a magnificent hallway, at the back of which the glazed door leads you directly into the courtyard garden with it's huge fig tree providing essential shade in high summer. Beyond the courtyard is an ancient olive press where olives were originally pressed to make olive oil. There are also three wine cuves where the wine was stored for fermentation.

Back in the hall, the elegant staircase takes you up to the first floor where you will find the bed & breakfast rooms whose original marble fire places and ornate ceilings have been highlighted with contemporary design and decoration.

BED AND BREAKFAST

All the bedrooms come with en-suite facilities; the Blue Room having a full bathroom and separate toilet, the Green and Copper Rooms have ensuite shower and toilet. The Blue and Green rooms also have French windows that open out onto a large terrace for alfresco dining, sunbathing, and living life as it should be lived!

Continental breakfast is served in the shady courtyard, or in our stylish dining room.

SELF CATERING ACCOMMODATION

There are three apartments on the second floor.

The 4 person Apartment has a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, another bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite shower room and a kitchen/dining area between the two bedrooms.

The Studio (Sleeps 2 +) - a unique space ideally suited for a couple on holiday.

The Loft Apartment (Sleeps up to 4) is a large, light and airy space

The 6 person Apartment, 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite facilities, a very large lounge/dining room and a fully fitted kitchen.

All guests staying at No.7 have access to the Courtyard Garden and pool on the ground floor.
