Welcome to the Mas de Moulin de Perdrix! 15 minutes from Montpellier and Mediterranean beaches, set in the middle of an apple orchard, this family "mas" dates from the XIXth century. You will be able to enjoy the charm of the authentic atmosphere created by its old stones and square inner courtyard and so to take part in the lively rhythm of the South. The mas is situated at what is known as the beginning of the "Petite Camargue". Alain and Nathalie and their children will make you feel at home in what was originally one of the farm buildings. The Vendangeur's House The house situated amongst the farm buildings has been renovated and designed bearing in mind old fashioned charm and contemporary amenities. Light, with a Southern exposure this small typical "mas" can house 6 people. It has its own garden and swimming people entirely reserved for the guests of the mas. The sunny ground floor includes the living room, and kitchen-dining room giving directly on to a terrace and the garden. Next door a small study makes it possible to isolate oneself and enjoy a shady siesta. Close by The village The Mas is located at 400 meters on foot from Mudaison, a charming village where you will find a bakery, a pharmacy, and a small supermarket as well a weekly market. Golf: An 18 hole golf course at Massane, 4 km away. Riding, tennis and cycling A riding club and tennis courts are available within 10 minutes. You can also take cycling trips particularly along the Philippe Lamour canal. Montpellier The intellectual capital of the Languedoc has a rich commercial and wine growing past which gave rise to an exceptionnal architectural inheritance. Beaches From the Cap d’Agde to the edge of the petite Camargue you will find a series of sandy beaches such as Carnon, La Grande-Motte… From the beginning of May there is a series of restaurants serving delicious seafood meals and drinks at the edge of the sea. This down payment can be made per cheque or bank transfer. The balance due has to be paid to the owner six weeks before the the first day of the rental period. Cleaning services once a week are included in the price. Linen and towels bath are incuded , cleaning once a week. Electricity and water are included in the rental fee, except in the autumn and winter periods.
