DETAILS OF ACCOMMODATION

The Cour de Paradis holiday rental, is in a quiet street, 5 minutes walk from Le Castillet and central Perpignan. There is on street parking. Shops and Restaurants are a short walk away. One can easily get a taxi from the airport or the railway station.

Entry is directly from the street; stairs lead up to the first floor, where one enters a small hallway, with left, a glass door opening on the totally private interior courtyard, with fixed table, with seating for outside dining. There is room for sunbathing - and its totally private.

By the entrance to courtyard, is a large bedroom with double bed, and wardrobe, as well as seating. Immediately right of the entrance is the large living dining room, with floor to ceiling windows, which can be opened, onto the terrace, which has open views, to the streets, squares of central Perpignan. The living room has 2 large leather sofas, and an entertainment unit with flat wall television screen.

A corridor leading of the hallway, has to the left side the bathroom, with large walk in shower, bidet, and washbasin. There is a seperate WC.

Opposite half way is the new and fully equipped kitchen, with granite marble topped dining table with 6 chairs, and granite marble work surfaces in the fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, refriderator, dishwasher, oven and 4 gas ring stove. There is a microwave, as well as toaster, and electric kettle.

At the end of the corridor are 2 large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, and plenty of closet space. Opposite is a bedroom with 2 single beds, with a window looking onto the internal courtyard.

There is WIFI internet. There is central heating for the winter months
